Customer and Market Strategy


Von’s career started in consulting where he built the new product and technology practices at American Management Systems and led North American Sales at Sapient.  In 2002, Von joined Cingular Wireless to lead the strategy, innovation and customer experience functions.  After Cingular, Von joined AT&T as their first Marketing VP of Platforms, responsible for their ATT.net and Uverse.com businesses.  Von later returned to consulting as the Chief Experience Officer at Capgemini, where he served clients in Automotive, Retail, Healthcare and Communications.  Over the last three years, Von has been involved in a number of start-ups as a founder and adviser.  Von holds MBA’s from Cornell University, K.U. Leuven (Belgium) and a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College.  He is an active member of the Creative Good Customer Experience council and has served as an advisory board member for a number of early stage technology companies.
