A K2View Solution Architect works directly on customer implementations and is responsible for delivery of a solution design document based on K2VIEW’s customers’ implementation requirements. The Solution Architect is a trusted advisor to our customers and partners as an industry and K2VIEW product expert. They work within a community of Solution Architects and contribute to workflow design, best practice sharing, and creation of implementation and solution design process strategies.  

A Solution Architect can work with Senior Solution Architects to help with developing strategic initiatives across many K2VIEW organizations as subject matter experts on K2VIEW software functionality and implementations. A Solution Architect may also be called upon to help support Strategic Consulting or Solution Engineering sales activities.  

The goal for K2View Enhanced Software Support resource is to be skilled and knowledgeable on each K2View product and capable of guiding/training customers/SIs on K2View product best practices i.e. designing, configuring, deploying and tuning K2View product implementations.   

• Responsible for delivery of the solution design document for the implementation
• Accountable for making sure delivery of product configuration aligns with the solution design document
• Support customer kickoff strategy development and creation of materials
• Lead process review sessions and day-in-the-life interviews with the customer
• Communicate K2VIEW industry best practices around organization, change management and strategy to customers
• Provide solution design project planning strategy support
• Collect solution best practices for process workflows by industry

• Knowledge of Java and SQL
• Skilled in communicating business strategy and technical information both verbally and in writing to various audiences
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization, externally and internally, in sales and implementation engagements
• Solid knowledge of information security and compliance
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Understands ERP and CRM concepts
• Understands architecture and database objects for multiple K2VIEW products
• Understands K2VIEW standard integration technology capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration
• Master’s degree in Business Administration desired
• 5 or more years of software configuration, implementation and consulting experience
• Led configuration or technical activities on 3 or more software implementation projects
• Project management experience on at least one software implementation project is preferred
• Additional experience in lieu of required education will be considered on a case-by-case basis
